Snapdragon 750G is manufactured using 8nm FinFET process technology by Samsung

According to the source, we have got the reliable information from the South Korean publisher media, Qualcomm has got the approval for the production of the Snapdragon 750G SoC  to Samsung. The mass production of the order is not known till now, but the technical process is indicated to be 8 nm FinFET processor.

Previous rumors and leaks suggested that Samsung will produce the Qualcomm mid-range 5G CPU and the flagship 5-nanometer based Snapdragon 875 platform. And hence, Samsung has managed to get two important contracts one for the production Snapdragon 875 and along with this the second one is Snapdragon 750G Chipsets and these could be the most massive Qualcomm processors in 2021. We do also will have a another mid-range CPU which will be the upgraded version of the Snapdragon 765 CPU and is called as Snapdragon 775G, but it's not a fact that Samsung will also trust the production of this 5nm platform, because there is also TSMC.

The Snapdragon 750G has already proven its worth: in terms of performance, it even slightly better than the popular Snapdragon 765G which has been already used in lots of smartphones and even we have seen on the flagship phones too. The Snapdragon 750G is already used in the latest launched Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite , and should also appear in the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G and Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G soon. Both of these smartphones are due out before the end of the year for the availability.
