Qualcomm is the dominating brand in the semi-conductor industry mainly known as the top provider of mobile Chipsets for smartphones, tablets and much more. Nearly more than 33% of the total chipsets used in smartphones is holded by the one and only Qualcomm. So, such a huge brand if launches smartphone and step-up in the mobile industry will be a strong competitor to other huge brands like Samsung, Xiaomi and Huawei.
Further, recent reports from Digitimes confirmed that ASUS smartphone brand is pairing up with Qualcomm to manufacture smartphones in the name of Qualcomm-branded flagship smartphone and mainly that will be gaming focussed.
However we don't have any official confirmation for the launch of this mew brand phone or any more details, but the company have reported that this new device could launch by the end of this year.
We have already got the confirmation regarding the launch of the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 top-end chipset which is going to be held on 1st of December and we can expect that the company could launch a phone with this most powerful Chipset ever based on 5nm processor and it will be a gaming centric phone.
