Infinix Zero 8 launched with 48MP Dual selfie Cameras and 90Hz Display: Detailed Specs, Pricing

Infinix phones have launched a new mid-range phone in Indonesia which is called as Infinix Zero 8. It is the first time that the company have implemented a 90Hz refresh rate display on it's phone. The new Infinix Zero 8 gets a rhombus-shaped camera module that consisting of a 64-megapixel quad camera set-up. Surprisingly this phone has got dual selfie sensors with 48-megapixel main sensor and a wide angle sensor which overtake the 32-megapixel selfie camera on lots of phones. Also, it is also fuelled with a decent battery and fast charging supports.

Infinix Zero 8 specifications and features 

The Infinix Zero 8 features a tall IPS LCD screen of 6.85 inches which is really tall from all regular phones. The display supports Full HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate with dual punch-hole on the top left corner, along with an 180Hz touch sampling rate. The selfie cameras houses a 48-megapixel main selfie camera and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with Electronic Image Stabilization support. The main selfie camera can capture 4K videos and is designed to take better shots in low-light conditions.

The back panel of the Infinix Zero 8 with gradient finish features a quad camera set-up that is having a 64-megapixel primary lens with Sony IMX686 sensor that supports 4K video recording and EIS. It is also assisted by an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel low-light camera.

This phone is powered by MediaTek's Helio G90T to power the Infinix Zero 8 phone. And it is paired by 8GB of RAM with a massive internal storage of 128GB which is more than enough for daily normal usage. There is a microSD card slot for external usage too.

The Infinix Zero 8 is fuelled by a decent 4,500mAh battery and also comes with support for 33W fast charging technology. It runs on Infinix X OS 7 User Interface based Android 10 OS. It also have other features such as FM radio receiver, side-facing fingerprint reader, face unlock, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Infinix Zero 8 pricing and availability

Finally, the Infinix Zero 8 phone will go on sale from starting 31st of August in Indonesia with pricing of IDR 3,799,00 (~$259) and it is expected to release in global markets on Sept. 1.

It runs on Android 10 Operating System out-of-the box with company's XOS 6.1 skin on top.

It is powered by MediaTek's Helio P22 CPU which is paired with 4GB of RAM that having 64GB of Internal Storage that can be expandable further upto 256GB via micro SD card slot.

The triple cameras on the back side includes a 48-megapixel Main Shooter, with 2-megapixel depth Sensor, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a low light sensor at bottom.

And on the front, there's a 8-megapixel sensor housing inside a punch-hole notch.

The battery section packs a massive 5,000mAH of capacity and the company claims that it will last upto 30 hours on 4G talktime, 130 hours of music playback, 13 hours of gaming and 19days of stand by time which is amazing.

The phone has got a Rear-Mounted Fingerprint Sensor, and the phone is listed in Ocean Blue and Violet colour options.

This phone is set for a price tag of 9,499 Rupees for the lone 4GB RAM variant and is listed to start its sales from 8th of june via flipkart.

Overall this phone looks good with decent specifications, and the main highlight of this phone is its large battery and it had got good design too. 

And a 48-megapixel camera phone under 10k price is really a good option we can say.
