We have seen the Vivo V19 launched only five months back, but the Chinese smartphone maker is now preparing a new successor for the this model which will be called as the Vivo V20. Good news is that this phone has already been certified on several certification sites and hence it is imminent for the launch of this phone.
Now, even detailed information and the official renders of the upcoming Vivo V20 has been leaked by sources. The upcoming V20 will retail the dual hole-punch design for its front panel which is the same design used in the previous Vivo V19 model.
According to sources, the front-facing selfie cameras is expected to be a 44 megapixels main sensor which is an upgrade over the current 32 megapixels shooter. Although the resolution of the secondary camera isn’t revealed, but it will be most probably an ultra-wide lens.
On the rear side of the device, we will see a rectangular camera module which houses a similar design to the recently announced Vivo S7 smartphone. Surprisingly, even the colours of the backpanel of Vivo V20 seen in the renders are similar to what we have saw on the Vivo S7. We can't actually differentiate between these two phones from the back sides.
However, the Vivo V20 also have a total number of three cameras at the back without any details revealed. While the device has only three sensors at the back as compared to the current Vivo V19 which is holding four cameras instead, but we can expect it to perform a way better than its predecessor.
Apart from the two renders leaked, the Gradient Blue variant has a 5G logo printed to the back of the device while the Black variant doesn’t have. This tells us that the Vivo V20 could come in both 4G and 5G models, or the 5G variant could be its “Pro” model.
That’s all the information available for this handset for now and hopefully, we will get more details in the upcoming days and the launch date could held in October according to reports.
