The Go Hero 9 will be about 10% more expensive than its predecessor
Insider Roland Quandt, who previously published the official renderings of the GoPro Hero 9 Black action camera on the Web , and also talked about its characteristics, revealed the cost of the device. Alas, as often happens, the new model will be more expensive than the current one.
According to the informant, the GoPro Hero 9 Black will cost 480 euros. We can assume that so much will be asked for a camera in Germany. For comparison, the price of Hero 8 Black in Europe at the start of sales in October last year was 430 euros. That is, the new product will be about 10% more expensive than its predecessor.

Whether it's a lot or a little is up to the users, but the GoPro Hero 9 Black will be better than the current generation model in many ways. Firstly, it will receive a larger (and also color) front screen - its diagonal will be 1.4 inches. Secondly, there will be a new 23.6 megapixel image sensor and a new video shooting mode - 5120 x 2880 pixels at 30 fps. Finally, the battery capacity will increase - up to 1,720 mAh (that is, by about 40%). If a new processor appears along the way and problems with overheating are solved, then the GoPro Hero 9 Black will clearly be able to outshine its predecessor.
