Samsung Exynos 1000 may be faster than Snapdragon 875?

The promising flagship platform Samsung Exynos 1000 has already been tested in Geekbench

A Korean source has published performance data for a new single-chip Samsung platform. Judging by the results, which are impressive, the flagship Exynos 1000 was tested.

Samsung Exynos 1000 may be faster than Snapdragon 875?

The platform scored 1302 points in a single-threaded test and 4250 points in a multi-threaded one. For comparison, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 scores 1159 and 4090 points, respectively. That is, Samsung's SoC at the current stage bypasses its rival, but what results will be shown by the commercial versions of these platforms is not yet clear. Typically, Qualcomm SoCs noticeably "improve" in performance as the date of the official premiere approaches.

Both the Exynos 10,000 and the Snapdragon 875 are rumored to have at least one high-performance Arm Cortex-X1 core. True, these cores can be heavily modified by developers, so the presence of the Cortex-X1 does not guarantee the same performance in resource-intensive applications, games and benchmarks.
