Xiaomi is ahead in the race of the flagship phones and are soon working on Redmi K40 and Xiaomi Mi 11 flagship smartphones which are the most awaited phones with top notch performance and amazing features.
Lu Weibing, who is the president of Xiaomi in China and general manager of the Redmi company, started teasing or hinting at a new upcoming flagship device from the company side with a 5nm single-chip system and that could be most probably the Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 CPU.
In his page he raised a question for the upcoming flagship phone to find out the name of the next Snapdragon 875 phone built on 5nm process and the most common names provided by his followers are the Redmi's upcoming K40 and Xiaomi's Mi11 model
However this 5nm based Snapdragon 875 is going to be announced in October, and according to the traditions the first smartphone to pack this top end CPU could be from Samsung or Xiaomi as we have seen for the years on which both brands are the flagship players in the market.
However recent reports says us that Samsung will take the burden to develop and mass produce the Snapdragon 875 on its South Korea production line using EUV lithography. This flagship CPU is expected to use the latest Cortex X1 core and Cortex-A78 cores. To let you know guys, the Cortex-X1 core offers 23 percent better integrated performance than the Cortex-A78 core, and the Cortex-X1's phone learning capabilities are double that of the Cortex-A78.
