A new Sony smartphone finally paid visit to TENAA certification site which is expected to be none other than the upcoming Sony Xperia 5 II smartphone according to the reports. And these listings reveals some of the key details of the smartphone with complete design of the phone from all sides.
As we can see on the image, the phone has got the regular design unlike the hole-punch or notch phones which we commonly seen on other brands. It could have large chins on top and bottom but with slimmer bezels and good thing is that this time the display looks slightly curved to the edges resembling a new high-end phone. And the selfie camera remains on the top chin as regular.
If we see on the backside, there's a triple camera set-up with three sensors aligned vertically in a straight line with LED flash sitting above the module. We can also see three buttons to the right side of the phone surprisingly. There's a company's logo located at the centre here. However the body gets a rectangular shape with rounded corners.
The phone is actually spotted with a model number Sony XQ-A572 that was certified in Thailand and it reveals some of the key specifications. However the phone looks slimmer but will be amazing in real images.
According to the listings, the phone will have a tall 6.1-inch screen with Full HD+ resolution. The phone will measure 157.65×68.4×8(mm) in dimensions. It is confirmed that the device will support 5G Connectivity. However, reports revealed that the phone will pack a decent 3,860mAh Battery Capacity with no mention regarding the fast charging support. It will also come pre-installed with Android 10 Operating System out-of-the box.
However not much about this phone is known for now like detailed specs, pricing or the launch information. But the listings hints at the launch if this phone is imminent. But according to some rumours the phone will have an OLED Display with 120Hz Refresh Rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. And the battery will have a support for 18W fast charging. And the phone will sport a 12MP+12MP+12MP triple dear camera set-up.
