Huawei is preparing a new mid-range budget smartphone with a design similar to the Mate series phones as we can see on the above teaser. And this new upcoming phone will be called Huawei Y9a.
This image was taken from a Huawei advertising banner, so there is no doubt about its reliability and it is surely an upcoming device from the company side.
As you can see, there is no front camera on the screen, that is, it will be another model with a sliding module so we will se a pop-up selfie camera on this phone without any notches or holes inside the display making it higher screen to body ratio.
It is also reported that the phone will sport quad cameras on the rear side of the device and will receive four sensors with resolutions of 64MP, 8MP, 2MP and 2MP respectively housing inside a circular module.
In addition to this, the smartphone will receive an 8GB of Inbuilt RAM, 128GB of flash memory and support for 40-watt charging.
There will be a side-mounted fingerprint reader for authentication that hints at an IPS display and not the OLED panel which is a bit disappointing.
And unfortunately, there is no data on the platform, but it should be something powerful enough, considering the rest of the characteristics.
We can assume that we are talking either about Kirin 820, or about MediaTek Dimensity 720 or Dimensity 800 or the new Dimensity 820 CPU with 5G Support.
