Redmi K30 series is the most successful series with K30 and K30 Pro models. But there will be an one model in this line up which is Redmi K30 Ultra which is the higher variant among all. To let you know guy's the K30 model came with dual selfie cameras and the pro model got the Pop-Up selfie camera, but the new K30 ultra model will use the same design to the pro variant having full screen display with Pop-Up selfie camera. However we may see some changes in the hardware department.
The Redmi K30 ultra phone was spotted with a code name 'Cezanne' and is the first Redmi smartphone to feature a MediaTek's Dimensity 1000 series chipset. The MIUI 12 code revealed that this phone will be powered by MediaTek's latest Dimensity 1000 Plus CPU which is said to be equally or more powerful than Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 CPU interms of performance. And as we have seen the MediaTek's Dimensity 800 has got the best AnTuTu scores than the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 765G CPU. So, the Dimensity 1000 CPU will surely compete with Snapdragon 865 SoC and that would be amazing to see.
And further the new phone will pack a 64MP Main Camera sensor which is the same sensor used in both Redmi K30 and Pro models may come with some improvements from the previous models. Additionally the phone will also support 120Hz Refresh Rate similar to K30 model which is amazing and the display will be AMOLED like the pro model. And it will carry a decent 4,500mAH of Battery Capacity with support for 33W fast charging and it will support On-Screen Fingerprint sensor too.
The two previous K30 and K30 Pro models came with Qualcomm Chips, but this time for the Ultra Model it will use a Dimensity 1000 Plus CPU which is surprising. To let you know the K30 model came with Snapdragon 730G CPU and the pro model came with Snapdragon 865 CPU and now the Dimensity 1000 Plus could be more powerful to Snapdragon 865 Chip as it is selected for the Ultra Model. As we know Ultra is the extension used for top end model in the series like Samsung's Galaxy S20 Ultra which is the costliest phone among the S20 series and hence the Redmi k30 Ultra model could also be more powerful than the pro model and will be pricier than its predecessor.
However this latest 5G Chip will be more competitive interms of performance and have more power consumption and advantages than other competitors and MediaTek is fully ready for it.
