LG is finally planning to launch the new LG Velvet and Velvet ThinQ phones on May 7th as we have seen in renders.
And a phone with a Punch-Hole Camera and other with dew drop notch that has been leaked online with curved Display which looks amazing.
And from the back we can see a rain drop like camera design, which is completely unique and lot more better than those unwanted modules with a bump over the cameras which we have seen on several flagship phones these days, I really like this design so much.
The cameras in LG Velvet phone are arranged nicely in a vertical position towards the top left corner of the phone.
This LG Velvet phone will be slimmer and I can't see any type of bezels on the phone apart from display.
LG Velvet ThinQ Specifications:
Fortunately some of the specifications were leaked online which is shared on twitter by a tipster,
The details available on the specs sheet suggest that the LG Velvet would come with a triple rear camera set-up with a 48MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), which will be assisted by 8MP Wide Angle Lens and a 5MP depth sensor,
For selfies, the sheet shows that there would be the 16MP camera sensor,
And this LG Velvet phone will also have 8GB of RAM option,
In terms of storage, the LG Velvet appears to have 128GB of Internal Storage that would support expansion upto 2TB via micro-SD cad slot.
The phone will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 765G CPU so, that should have 5G connectivity.
Battery section includes a 4,300mAH Battery with Fast Wired and Wireless charging support.
This LG Velvet phone is also said to come with Under-Display Fingerprint Sensor and have stereo speakers, coupled with Artificial Intelligence powered sound.
And this leaks suggest that the phone will come in Green, Gray, White and Sunset colour options.
As we know earlier LG phones will always have Dust and Water Resistance support, so this phone will include IP68 certification which is an extra added advantage.
The phone is set to debut on May 7th in an online event in Korea and will also arrive in global markets shortly after its launch next month.
Pricing details of the phone are not known till now but it should have the price tag around 500-600 dollars to compete other phones in the market.
