Lenovo owned brand Motorola has launched a budget phone named as Moto G Fast which is a budget phone that having a modern design.
Design:
The new phone has got a punch-hole this time aligned to the top left corner with thicker bezels and slight larger chin at the bottom.
And from the back, one can see a triple rear camera set-up with a LED flash stacked vertically in a straight line on the top left corner and a physical capacitive fingerprint sensor at the middle with the company's logo on it.
Overall it's a new design and motorola managed to get rid of dew-drop notch phones and implemented a Punch-Hole cut-out for selfie cameras which is better than dew-drop notch design in my opinion.
Specifications:
This phone features a tall 6.40-inch HD+ LCD Display with 720x1560 Pixels Screen Resolution making it 19:5:9 Aspect Ratio.
It runs on Android 10 Operating System out-of-the box with Android One skin on top.
It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 665 CPU that brings support for dual-mode 5G support and is paired with single 3GB of RAM that having a 32GB of Internal Storage that can be expandable further upto 512GB via micro SD card slot.
The triple cameras on the back side includes a 16-megapixel Main Shooter, with 8-megapixel Ultra-Wide Sensor and a 2-megapixel Macro Sensor.
And on the front, there's a 8-megapixel sensor housing inside a Punch-Hole notch.
The battery section packs a decent 4,000mAH of capacity with a 10W Fast Charging support.
The phone has got a Rear-Mounted Fingerprint Sensor, and the phone is listed in Single Pearl White colour option.
It also has a IP52 rated Dust and Water Resistant Certification which is a major advantage of this phone.
This phone is set for a price tag of 150 dollars i,e Rs.11,300 approximately in Indian Currency for the lone variant and the phone is already up for pre-orders in US and will go on sales starting June 12th.
Conclusion:
Overall this phone looks good with decent specifications, However there's no Full HD+ Display in this 2020 phones and only a 3GB RAM option, is something which is not so good in the modern day competition. But I really like the design for this budget phone.
