We have seen lots of patents from almost top brands with Under-Display camera phones like Samsung and Xiaomi.
Now, this time Huawei have finally showcased its upcoming Under-Display camera phone's patent which looks amazing.
It has got an amazing waterfall curved display like Huawei Mate 30 Pro towards.
It seems that the company is working on two models both having identical design from front side and a slight different design on the back panel.
The upcoming phones from Huawei is Mate 40 series which is going to launch by the end of this year and these patents could be a prototype of that phone.
Design
Coming to the design, the phone had a rectangular body design similar to Galaxy Note 10 series phones, and had a waterfall curved Display on edges, there are no notches or holes inside the display or any modules. So, this phone could sport a Under-Display camera for sure.
And from the back, One model gets a circular Quad camera arrangement, similar to what we have seen on Redmim K30 pro phone's camera set-up.
While the other model's back design has got a triple rear camera set-up housing inside a pill-shaped module.
And interestingly there are no physical buttons on the sides of the device. Only On and Off buttons are placed on the top.
Under Display Camera
I think this new patent is a future technology phone with futuristic design. There are many phones, like Samsung Galaxy S21, Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 are also the phones that are expected to have this new Under-Screen Technology.
So, smartphone manufactures are trying hard to offer handsets with a full screen front body. With bezels going even thinner and notches turning into Punch-Holes or Pop-up modules, and the only thing that left is Under-Display camera phones.
And as Huawei is soon going to launch its Mate series flagship phones, then these patents could be one of them, and if it does, then Huawei will be the first Smartphone maker to implement this new under-screen camera technology.
This is must for a highly competitive smartphone market, as the innovation, new features and technology plays an important role for the Smartphone brands to remain in the top position and for sure Huawei is one of the leading smartphone manufacturers in the world sitting next to Samsung.
So, its interesting to see these patents showcasing this amazing design with upcoming technology.
